Here’s where you come in:

As the Digital & Data Project Manager, you will ensure successful implementation of 3 digital and data focused projects. This includes all the reporting, donor regulations, organizing of workshops, webinars, publication, promotion, and other day to day tasks. The three projects focus on digitalizing a complaints and feedback mechanism and building the digital literacy and capacity of frontline staff and organizations. The projects will bring together a vast group of stakeholders from multiple different sectors (NGOs, UN, government, and private sector) to create a ground breaking new way to approach data management and sharing. Through these projects the foundations will be laid for data portability for crisis affected people by putting them at the centre of data management.

Requirements include:

• Experience in implementing grants funded by ECHO, ADH, or DEC.
• Three years experience in international humanitarian/development and business related activities.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ferocious reader with the proven ability to analyze, synthesize ideas, and communicate insights Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Brilliant communicator (written &. verbal) in-person and virtually Change management experience
• University degree in Behavioral Psychology, Project Management, data science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent related to field Expertise in project and change management.
