In this role, you will belong the Digital & Innovation Team of the Customer Service Switzerland and will ensure an excellent service for external as well as internal customers. You understand the customer as a partner and work on

Key responsibilities

  • We set the focus mainly on our orders received on electronic data interchange (EDI) channels
  • We trouble shoot orders on EDI channels by identifying source of errors
  • Together, we support the implementation of digital projects in Customer Service
  • Build believing relationships with our existing customers and help onboard them on digital order channels
  • The collaboration in the digital transformation of internal as well as external entities is key to our team
  • Collaborate exchange with internal entities (Commercial, Supply Chain and Data Analyst) to support a flawless end-to-end process
  • General administrative activities

Who We Are Looking For

We expect a basic commercial training and a further education in the digital environment.

Required Experiences And Skills

  • Ability to prioritize customer centric action and thinking to improve satisfaction
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Initial experience in the digitization of processes to streamline the ongoing efforts of the team
  • Careful work, flexibility, ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in German and fluent in English

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Familiarity in healthcare is a plus
  • Experience in data analysis is an advantage
  • French and Italian are an asset
