Job Summary

As part of a highly active marketing and communications team, you will play a key role in creating and executing a data-driven content program for the company globally.

You will be expected to have an excellent command of written and spoken English, a background in copywriting or journalism, and a keen eye for detail.

You will be expected to help shape a compelling content calendar that drives engagement and awareness across the business, and be an integral part of the team responsible for creating the assets that deliver on an integrated approach – including web pages, blogs, case studies, social content, research and positioning papers, and a range of digital marketing content pieces, both written and visual.

An understanding of and interest in some of the issues and challenges that multinational businesses face globally would be a distinct advantage.

The role can be carried out remotely from anywhere in the UK, Canada, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Help create a dynamic data-driven content schedule that supports marketing and communications across multiple levels
• Research, create and own key campaign pieces that deliver across multiple channels, in line with marketing and communication strategies
• Strong interviewing skills to capture insight from subject matter experts globally and turn them into engaging pieces of marketing content
• Some knowledge of and experience in writing SEO content
• Able to understand often technical service-led issues and write compelling content that appeals to senior decision-makers across the globe
• Create trusted relationships with key senior spokespeople and subject matter experts globally
• Help manage in-house content processes to ensure all content is produced on time, to an agreed brief, budget, and high standard

Key Skills Required

This position is suited to someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and is excited to work in a fast-paced start-up! Further required skills include:

·        Strong time management skills

·        Energetic, eager and takes initiative to tackle new projects and tasks

·        Ability to pay particular attention to detail

·        Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
