What you’ll be doing
We’re looking to appoint a team coach who will support and develop our brand-new team of digital advisors, who will provide our customers with a great service aiming for a first call resolution – every time. You’ll be providing real time feedback, offering continuous development, and coaching to drive the team to success.
You’ll ideally be a team leader or coach in a fast-paced contact centre environment or have experience as a floorwalker, providing feedback and training to a team. Previous experience or knowledge within a digital environment or an understanding of utilities or telecoms is desirable but not essential. Finally, you’ll be a team player with a confident communication style and a passion for motivating others.

Full time/Permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week
