We work with clients across many different industries to help them grow their businesses through best-practice digital solutions.

The Digital Campaign Manager role includes:

This dynamic role requires a well rounded marketing professional with account management experience. This role will involve following up on inbound leads and consulting with clients to gain an understanding of their business needs.  As you are building the relationship with your clients, you will also provide ongoing campaign management to ensure continuity and consistent service delivery.

You will be a passionate marketer, hopefully with a deep understanding of SEM, SEO, social media, and everything digital!

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up inbound leads from new clients 
• Understand their business, and create a strategy to assist them to achieve their goals
• Campaign manage your clients on an ongoing basis, optimising their campaigns, making recommendations, and liaising with clients at least once a month
• Develop and implement results-oriented SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube ads, etc.
• Analyse data and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum return of investment in paid search campaigns
• Liaise with clients and assist them with questions, concerns and queries regarding their digital marketing campaigns
• Provide ad-hoc support to the DCM and Director as required

What we’re looking for:

• A people person who’s passionate about digital marketing and digital solutions
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within an agency 
• Sales experience is preferred but not essential. A consultative, caring approach to business is essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to foster and grow strong working relationships at all levels within the business
• Marketing nerd who’s always keeping up to date with the newest practices
• A true passion for digital marketing and helping small businesses
• An individual who will contribute to our culture
