Key Accountabilities:
- Follow Development workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Assist team members in business development, client meetings, presentations etc..
- Coordinate/monitor sales process and procedures and assist team members when required to prepare the sales approval process and deal signing
- Prepare sales/leads analysis and prepare related presentation to VP and team
- Follow up on deal tracking system and update related software on Sales force or related system.
- Coordinate and follow up with team members to ensure tasks allocated are completed.
- Prepare and maintain departments data base (Clients/Projects)
- Coordinate internal and external meeting, prepare minutes of meeting when required and action/task log.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support team members with various administrative tasks (presentation, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Support team in market research and data collection
- Coordinate team traveling and business development requirement along with respective expenditure and approvals (travel, events coordination, meetings, client meetings etc.)
- Monitor team expenses and budget – Cost control
Critical Expertise, Experience And Educational Attainment Required
Educational Attainment:
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or finance/accounting or relevant field
- Hotel management related degree is a plus
Critical Expertise & Experience:
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role – Minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience in hotel industry
- Knowledge of basic data analysis principles and projects/office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point, “back-office” accounting software and sales/project management software is a place – IT proficiency is a must.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
