The mission of the Client Relations Centre of Expertise Administrative Department is to assist front-line employees with a range of advanced tools to address the growing interaction processing needs with our members and clients.
As a DevOps developer, you’re a member of a squad whose mission is to develop and maintain the technological solutions behind the Desjardins virtual assistant for the Client Relations Centre (CRC), a major initiative where the ability to manage complex situations is essential.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Actively help develop execution strategies and software products (design, code, automate and run tests), while applying development, data and security best practices
Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability. Develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for peers and users
Provide technical support and analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve critical and complex issues.
Other Working Conditions
Workplace: Position located in Montréal or Lévis, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with cloud computing (GCP, AWS or AZURE)
Experience with Terraform environments
Experience in CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery)
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
