Position Overview
We are looking for a Design/Motion Intern to join our Brand Team in assisting and creating marketing materials for up to 6 months, with the possibility of full-time salaried after. This position works directly within our marketing department on projects from social media to full-blown, national campaigns with a team of designers, writers, editors and content experts.
Qualifications
- Ability to create designs that build an emotional connection.
- Capable of creating print, web, email and social media graphics.
- Motion graphics capabilities are a plus.
- Interest in branding.
- Collaboration and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain updates to existing graphics (i.e. display ads, one-pagers, social media).
- Assist with design of marketing assets for campaigns.
- Attend larger team meetings and gain exposure to the marketing and communications teams.
- The position is 20-40 hours a week.
- Hands-on experience of all aspects of the design and production process.
- Storyboarding for marketing videos.

Salary/ Wage Range
$15.34 to $22.55
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
