Overview

Reports to the Task Order Program Manager. Serves as the Task Order (TO) Program Manager in their absence. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall have the authority to commit the Contractor���s labor forces and the use of resources to meet the overall operations requirements of the contract to include logistics management. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Responsibilities
��� Responsible for proficient, dependable, and cost-effective life support operations based on best industry practices, manufacturer���s recommendations, and according to contractual requirements and company standards.
��� Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
��� Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal… documentation.
��� Responsible for managing, monitoring, and tracking task order services.
��� As directed, acts as the Contractor���s representative ensuring that all task order requirements are met.
��� Responsible for allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs
��� Identify problem areas and respond to mission requirements to meet task order needs.
��� Plan and manage projects.
��� Control resources; monitor staff proficiency and qualifications; monitor the locations and activities of assets; and coordinate the flow of information to and from task order staff and USG representatives.
��� Resolve contract issues.

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years of experience in related life support services and/or logistics management, with a minium of five (5) years experience in providing such services to large facilities, or, operations.

A Bachelors degree in Business, or, related field.

Valid driver���s license from home of record.

Already possess a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance, or, be able obtain a favorable USG Secret clearance prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required clearance level for the duration of the task order.

Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements.

U.S. citizenship is required.
��� Background and/or experience in the management of functional service areas including, but not limited to: Food Services, Fire and Emergency Services, Diplomatic Post Office operations, Waste Management and Disposal, Recreational Services, Housing and Billeting, Janitorial, Transportation, Laundry, and Security Related Maintenance.
��� Experience and knowledge in the administration and operations execution of large, complex government support contracts, or, task orders.
��� Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility.
��� Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
��� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
��� Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
��� Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
��� Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
��� Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team.
��� Ability to be innovative and be an agent for change.
��� Strong verbal and written communication skills to direct employees, prepare reports for customers and management, and facilitate/disseminate information.

Desired:

Relevant overseas contract experience.

Management of governmental contracts equal or greater than $50M.

Previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions.

Experience working with Contractor.

Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
