Job Description :

As a Co-Op Intern, you’ll contribute to the success of the Denver Site by working on projects and learning the major tasks, accountability, and key responsibilities of a Supply Chain Leader.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For:

  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulation
  • Highly motivated self-starter that will own several projects at the site
  • Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off- campus)
  • Previous experience in an operations environment (on- or off- campus; either through employment, internship, or academic clubs)
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make trade-off decisions quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
  • Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
  • Willingness to work flexible work schedules, including early mornings, evening and/or weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected Compensation range for this position is between $43,900 – $69,450
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • Graduate with Bachelor’s degree within one (1) year of internship completion
  • Must have completed PepsiCo Internship within past 12 months and contingent upon acceptance of Full-Time offer with PepsiCo post-graduation
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship for employment
  • Pass a drug screen and background investigation
  • Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location. For specific information, please discuss role requirements with the recruiter
