Demand Planner

The S&OP team is driving change, so S&OP is the new normal how we do business and orchestrate our supply chain. We fuel the organization with process, information, and decision support so our global connected management team is armed to make the most profitable intermediate term data-driven decisions that operationalize the strategy while monitoring the underlying process execution and associated metrics in real-time.

If you are ready to take the challenge as Demand Planner to shape and scale air up’s demand planning process and keep your stakeholders informed on what’s on the horizon (predicting the future), then we are looking forward to receiving your application!

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver and own the detailed demand plan for your assigned region(s)
  • Own and lead the demand review process within the S&OP process
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Data Science and Analytics to incorporate current and long-term market intelligence into the demand plan and forecasting models
  • Provide insight to the business by developing models, decoding variances and providing meaningful commentary
  • Deliver and own forecast accuracy critical metrics and drive state-of-the-art demand planning excellence

That’s you:

  • You successfully completed your studies in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics / Statistics, Data Science or similar
  • You have 3-7 years of relevant experience in the demand planning area
  • You have a systematic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are familiar with forecast-models
  • Experience of implementing Demand Planning process within a global organization would be an advantage
  • You are a confident communicator with a high degree of initiative and independent working style, confident with strong team skills
  • Fluency in English is a must (written/ spoken)
