Title: Delivery Manager (Data)

Salary: £62,648 per annum

Contract: ​​​​​​​Fixed Term Contract – 6 months

Hours: Full time – 35 hours (Compressed/Reduced hours considered)

Location: Flexible (we offer a high degree of flexibility through our Hybrid Working Policy, but some travel to London is expected)

Crisis has exiting plans to transform our supporter experience by maximising the potential of data and digital technologies to accelerate our mission to end homelessness for good.

About the role

As Delivery Manager (Data) you will help Crisis transform its supporter experience by managing work to drive the delivery of our data workstream enabling our migration to Microsoft Dynamics and our transition to a new Modern Data Platform.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing projects involving data and ideally of working with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Modern Data platforms. Ideally you’ll have worked on data migration in previous projects. You need to be able to drive and coordinate work at pace and have excellent communication skills to manage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You may have experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager.
