The Saudi Tadawul Group was established in March 2021, following the transformation of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) into a Holding Group structure. It is the parent company with a portfolio of four subsidiaries, which operate independently while benefitting from the integration and synergies between one another.

The subsidiaries include: The Saudi Exchange, a dedicated stock exchange business, the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa), the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Wamid – a new innovative applied technology services business, focused on providing innovation and nascent technologies to the capital markets industry through pragmatic innovation.

It looks to support with the successful delivery of Saudi Arabia’s Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP) objectives, as part of Vision 2030, to boost economic growth and diversify the economy.

Job Purpose:

To provides variety of management and professional support across the Center in order to achieve the Exchange’s targets with an emphasis on planning, operational efficiency and effectiveness and operational development within the Center.

Key Accountabilities​

Daily Operations:

  • Carry out daily operations assigned for the Department to comply with the Edaa standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate functional reports to meet the requirements, objectives and standards of the Department and the Edaa.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner

Debt Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing reports regularly in order to highlight the controls and reviews conducted with the recommendations of the needed action needed.
  • Ensure the coordinate on number of activities within the Center in order to support a variety of initiatives aimed at increasing operational effectiveness
  • Review analysis which includes gathering data from different parts of the Center in order to analyze the data and develop recommendations/options for top management consideration
  • Lead departmental projects in order to ensure project cycle completion and commitment to the Edaa guidelines and quality
  • Evaluate experimental operational models in order make the processes more effective and efficient.
  • Research and assist in preparation of different proposals that define the proficiency of the Center to perform research that helps in Issuers’ operations development.
  • Build effective relationship with Clients while making sure that major concerns are reported to the Top Management in order to resolve Debt Operations issues.
  • Identify and assist in implementing appropriate Issuer operations practices, in order to work towards reducing complexity and streamlining its services.
  • Identifying, and acquiring the internal and external capabilities required in order to make the Department a business enabler and a strategic advantage.

Governance and Resilience:

  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions

Job Requirements

​Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics is required

Qualification:

  • Professional qualification in Operations Management or equivalent is preferred

Experience:

  • +6 years experience in markets, Financial Information Services or relevant industry is required​
