MX is looking to add a Deal Desk Analyst to our Finance Operations team. You will partner with sales, client success, and operations teams to (i) build, streamline, and automate our deal desk processes, (ii) support management by ensuring strong data-integrity, (iii) analyze sales order structure and pricing to provide guidance to the sales organization

You will get to…

Act as a Sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing related matters

Partner with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly built and tracked in Salesforce including stage, probability, booking amount, and various other required fields

Assist Sales teams in building and positioning complex orders, which involves acting as the liaison between Sales and other key partners involved in the deal structuring process (e.g. Sales Operations, Accounting, Order Management, Legal, Product Marketing, etc.)

Be responsible for the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals

Assist Sales with crafting Quotes, Sales Orders, and Partnership Agreements

Maintain an agreed upon SLA on deal turnaround times data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions

Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned

You will do it by using your…

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Ability to distill complex information into easily consumable reports, statements and communications that provides insights, enabling quick decision making
  • Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Saleforce.com, Zuora or similar CPQ tools
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ability to work with data, inclusive of a keen attention to detail, data discrepancies, and down-stream dependencies
  • Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Organization skills, customer-focused mind, ability to innovate
