Your future team
AIG’s Digital & Direct Marketing (DDM) continues its double-digit growth with Long Duration A&H (accident & health) products since launch in 2016 and now represents over 70% of our portfolio.  Working with DDM Marketers and TM Managers, Enablement & Digitalization Manager would work in supporting the design of more efficient campaigns based on outcomes of the various actions & initiatives, with the ultimate focus on optimizing and maximizing our campaigns to the extent possible.

Your contribution at AIG
As an Enablement & Digitalization Manager, you are respected for your ability to bring innovative enhancements to our Digital Platforms including our homepage and TM systems to optimize our operating model and campaigns away from traditional business models to more innovate and technology / Digital driven models & campaigns.  You are expected to think out-of-the-box and to focus on key initiatives that can help to improve our DDM/TM operating environment, with joint accountability in improving our core KPIs including contact & response rate.

About the role:
Key Responsibilities

  • AIG Korea Digital Platform management
  • Application of digital enablement to DDM & TM marketing channels
  • Lead digitalization projects in various business functions
  • Analysis and improve DDM & TM business process with digital enablement
  • Continuous market research and communication with IT to keep up-to-date technology and latest digital trends in Digital Platforms
  • Response to regulatory institutes (FSS, KNIA, etc.) for mandatory digital requirements
  • Manage & prioritize IT BAU requirements among stakeholders
  • Provide digital support for digital partnership business

What we’re looking for:
Key Capabilities:

  • Apply digital enablement to existing campaigns and operations to improve key KPIs
  • Digital UI/UX enhancements to lead industry digital trend
  • Ability to work across key relevant functions, including tele-marketing call centers, DDM marketers, products, and underwriting to identify business process improvements and marketing ideas
  • Ability to proactively identify improvement areas in existing business models
  • Strong communication skills with internal & external business stakeholders & related departments

Key Experience:

  • University graduate with experience in digital business (insurance experience preferred)
  • Experience in business process improvement
  • Project management skills
  • Exposure in new business development, UI/UX enhancement, market research and IT publishing
