Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements for the Global Markets Financing
  • If required, analysis, design and implementation of possible enhancements or interfaces to the standard software
  • Providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
  • Collaborate with other global IT and cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
  • Communicates project status, resource constraints and open issues to the project manager on a timely manner

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data warehouse requirement analysis, gap and design specifications, support and documentation
  • Proven experience in SQL, PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL), MS SQL and Oracle (PL/SQL) database development
  • Good understanding of data driven solutions and approach to large volume data processing
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of the application development and support life cycle
  • Strong skills in analysis, design, development, testing and support/troubleshooting with specialty skills in database, Cloud, data modelling and data warehousing technologies
  • Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
  • Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
  • Experience with agile and scrum methodologies
  • Working experience in financial industry or AML topic
