RST

  • Identify, compile, review, and analyze data patterns and trends, interpret results to identify significant discrepancies in data.
  • Assess database performance by developing a protocol for the measurement of results and identify problem areas.
  • Support database performance by monitoring data entry; evaluating and resolving processing and programming problems; design database management tools; answering user questions.
  • Design quality assurance and control techniques to ensure data is moved from sources with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare technical reports to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and make and justify recommendations on data revisions.
  • Improve operational efficiency through program evaluation, effective communication of financial and quantitative data analysis.
  • Establish and maintain standard work procedures governing the appropriate use of data.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when communicating data analysis.
  • Assess data quality and develop methods for mitigating data issues and deploys methods to correct issues when needed.
  • Use computer and applicable software to conduct data queries, evaluate and translate large amounts of data.
  • Adheres to policies related to boundaries with youth.
  • Attends required abuse risk management training.
  • Reports suspicious and inappropriate behaviors.
  • Follows mandated abuse reporting requirements.
  • Adheres to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities.
  • Custodiansensures unused rooms and closets remain locked; routinely monitors high-risk locations (locker-rooms and bathrooms), etc.
  • Front desk personnelensures youth are properly signed in and signed out, ensures only authorized adults are allowed in the facility, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be flexible, capable of working independently under pressure with deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or reporting work.
  • Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
  • Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid drivers license and insurance coverage for vehicle
