
iComplai
You will contribute to iComplai’s food safety risk prediction platform by applying machine learning algorithms (from data preperation, analysis, modelling, testing to deployment) to provide actionable insights.
General Responsibilities
- Work on and develop different (explainable) machine learning models and techniques like prediction, regression, decision trees, anomaly detection, classification etc.
- Identify and realise your own company-relevant data ideas & insights on our existing infrastructure (e.g. new insights, new services etc.)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and apply them in your work
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- You are pursuing an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
- You have hands on experience in data science, and are an R, SQL, Python and GIT practitioner
- You are familiar with common (open-source) machine learning algorithms and libraries
- Willingness to learn and be mentored
Ideally you bring:
- Familiarity with AWS services like RDS, SageMaker, QuickSight etc.
- Experience in ETL tooling and development
- Knowledge of agile processes in software development (e.g. Scrum, JIRA)
- Previous industry experience or internships in analytics or data science
- Confident independent working
