Overview of position:

• CTG is looking for qualified Ukrainian nationals for one of our projects in the country. Qualified national candidates with relevant experience matching the below TOR will be considered for this role.

Main responsibilities & duties:

• Conduct assessment with target entrepreneur beneficiaries using provided questionnaire.
• Liaise with photographer to produce videos where possible.
• Review survey documents in order to ensure accuracy of data.
• Complete all planned tasks in required time frame evidenced by submission of completed tasks to the M&E Consultant.

Project reporting:

• This role works under the overall supervision of the Protection Coordinator.

• Knowledge on the local environment & community dynamics.
• Ability to collect and gather information in an objective way.
• Active listener who captures exact responses from respondents & follows up with additional questions to achieve full responses.
• Ability to communicate verbally & in writing in Ukrainian & English skills.
• Ability to build rapport & good working relationships with peers & stakeholders.

Team management:

• This role does not require team management responsibility.
