Instead of slaving away for 80 hours per week at a consulting firm or investment bank, you will log 40 hours per week as part of a global 24/7 shift sequence. We break down work so that it can be completed within one 8-hour shift, resulting in 3x delivery speed without burning out the team.What You Will Be DoingWorking on every facet of the business ranging from mergers & acquisitions, strategy, finance, hiring, operations, and more.Identifying solutions and executing daily iterations to the company���s most significant challenges, whether relating to buying, integrating, transforming, or operating companies.Documenting each challenge and proposed solution in detail.What You Won���t Be DoingFocusing on your favorite part of the business – you���ll be expected to learn broadly across the organizationProposing generic solutions – you will need to dig deep and gain expertise to make detailed, informed recommendationsSolving theoretical problems – you will work on the most pressing issues facing the company and have a direct impact on the bottom lineBasic RequirementsData Analyst key responsibilitiesBachelor���s degree in an analytical field, such as business, math, science, etc.5 – 10 years of work experienceStrong written communication skills24/7 shift availability (we consider preferences as much as possible!)About TrilogyHundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
