We’re looking for a data analyst to:
- build and establish the business and sales data foundation (e.g. data sources, data clean up, data warehouse)
- develop concepts, validate data, execute analytics projects for marketing and digital sales to answer key strategic questions
- analyze business needs and provide data-driven recommendations (timing, product push, journey) to increase conversion / MROI
- enable and support the organization for data-driven decision-making and in the identification of growth opportunities
- act as an internal account manager by developing close ties with internal key stakeholders and offering proactive support in the area of marketing and business intelligence
- work on the interface of business, sales, marketing and market research data and connect different data sources for increased MROI
- be the ambassador and enable the organization through education and lead the transformation (i.e., into the AI age)
Your team
You will be part of the Client Intelligence & Market Research team within Marketing and Digital Sales.
We deal with all client & market research activities for UBS Switzerland like exploration of client and sales data, measuring and continuous monitoring of client satisfaction as well as brand and marketing activities to identify improvement potentials within UBS Switzerland. You will work alongside a supportive team of experts who are passionate about leveraging data to identify growth opportunities and enhance client experiences.
Your expertise
- Master’s degree in marketing and communication sciences or advanced studies in analytics
- 3+ years proven experience in a business intelligence role, including a track record in building BI architecture
- expertise in data modeling, data warehouse design and data integration
- proficiency in data visualization with Power BI
- experience in SQL and Python (familiarity with frameworks/ tools like DBT, Pandas, etc. or willingness to learn)
- strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- can-do attitude and a very open and engaging personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Digital Marketing)
- fluent in English and sound command of German
