✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

We are looking to hire a Sales Data Analyst to join our commercial team. You will take responsibility for creating Tableau CRM and/or Salesforce Reports and Dashboards and work together with the Sales Performance and Strategy Manager to help our Sales Team make more data-driven decisions. A To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases, specifically Salesforce and Tableau CRM

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, PowerBI, and Atrium that track the performance of our Sales team
• Create models, build automation and generate insights to identify trends that drive our sales strategy
• Conduct analyses to problem-solve and support projects that drive business growth
• Commission and decommission data sets
• Partner with other Departments to obtain more data sources and ensure data cleanliness, and support initiatives for data integrity and normalisation

? You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative background
• Strong competency in Excel
• Experience extracting, manipulating, and interpreting data using SQL
• Desire to strengthen both your quantitative skills and your strategic mindset – you want to apply your skills to initiatives that are big picture and move the needle on business growth Salesforce and Tableau CRM experience is a must. Other BI tools are optional
• 2-4 years experience in an analytical role. Preference for Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Management Consulting & SaaS business background
• Superb analytical skills and technical aptitude
