  • As a Cybersecurity Officer (f/m/d), your role involves providing comprehensive support to SI functions and departments, adopting a holistic approach to Cybersecurity for IT, OT, and products and solutions. Additionally, you are responsible for monitoring compliance with both internal and external regulations.
  • The Cybersecurity Officer (f/m/d) reports to the Heads of SI Functions and Departments as well as the SI CCSO (direct reporting line).
  • Within your role you will ensure the applicability of, and adherence to, Cybersecurity processes like Asset Classification & Protection (ACP), Vulnerability / Incident Handling, Cybersecurity Risk as well as Supply Chain Management within SI Functions and Departments. By translating the Cybersecurity strategy into individual business terms and needs of each unit, you implement tailored actions and drive process improvements. Maintaining and raising Cybersecurity awareness as well as a trustful connection to the SI Functions and Departments are additional tasks of your role.
  • You will clarify demands, facilitate the development of essential cybersecurity resources, steer and sustain community collaboration, promote best practice sharing, and establish an effective collaboration/knowledge platform.
  • SI Functions in scope cover a broad variety of functions like Chief Financial Office, Chief Technology Office, Communications, People & Organisation, Strategy, Quality Management, Sustainability, Technology & Innovation, Procurement, Supply Chain – Logistics, Sales & Marketing and Competitiveness Program.

Minimum requirements to achieve impactful results in this role:

  • You have a Bachelor´s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Economics or a comparable education and have a longterm experience in cybersecurity / information security
  • Also, you are very experienced with international Cybersecurity Standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443) including corresponding audits
  • You follow a risk-based approach to cybersecurity activities and bring in your ability to discuss with experts and are confident in consulting Senior Management
  • You have strong communication skills, know how to network and can explain complex topics to a broad audience
  • You are proficient in English; good German language skills is an advantage
