Customer Success – Product Adoption – 2023 Summer Intern

Role and Responsibilities

• Architect, design and build a digital product adoption tool for SynXis products. Initially for SynXis Retail Studio but designed in such a way it can easily be transferred/implemented across all platforms.
• Work with Product Owners and external teams to continuously ensure the quality bar of the product adoption tool and ensure ease of maintenance.
• Use the test framework to achieve “zero defect” target.
• Work with Customer Success team members to ensure detailed documentation is created on how to operate the tool once complete, and team knows how to add, edit, and delete where needed.

Preferred Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree with a graduation date after August 2023.
• Good working knowledge of WCF Services, WinForms, ASP.NET Web Applications, ADO.NET and SOAP-UI.
• Programming experience in Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, React js and Angular.
• Good understanding of API’s.
• Good understanding of UI and UX concepts.
• Some Exposure to training and documentation tools and techniques.
