Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: £35-50K

Ingenio is delighted to be working with a fast-growing SaaS company based in the UK who are now looking to expand their Customer Success team.

Our client has created a SaaS platform with will allow digital marketing agencies to increase sales and retention of customers. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Becoming the internal advocate for clients
• Ensuring customers are optimising their use of the platform
• Building relationships with customers to build a long-term partnership
• Advising on new product features and updates
• Liaising with internal teams to allow smooth rollouts

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years in account management/customer success in a SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
• The ability to work with autonomy
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in providing in-depth training sessions
