Role: Customer Success Manager
Ingenio is delighted to be working with a fast-growing SaaS company based in the UK who are now looking to expand their Customer Success team.
Our client has created a SaaS platform with will allow digital marketing agencies to increase sales and retention of customers. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.
- Becoming the internal advocate for clients
- Ensuring customers are optimising their use of the platform
- Building relationships with customers to build a long-term partnership
- Advising on new product features and updates
- Liaising with internal teams to allow smooth rollouts
- 3-5 Years in account management/customer success in a SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- The ability to work with autonomy
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in providing in-depth training sessions
