This is a hybrid working job, working in the Wakefield office 2 day a week and then from home.

What you’ll do

As a Customer Success Manager, your key duties will include:

  • Delivery of established customer transformation and training services, including high complexity solutions, to identify new ways of working and best practice to ensure customers and users can be as efficient and successful as possible through the Edenbridge APEX solution.
  • Collection and analysis of customer and/or user requirements and workflows, matching these needs to EMIS Health products and services, ensuring the optimal and effective solutions and ways of working are to be implemented.
  • Implementation expert, configuring the solution to meet the needs of the services and its users in all clinical settings across all markets. Configuration and troubleshooting issues are dealt with and all documentation created and delivered to our customers in line with the requirements of their project plan.
  • Collection and analysis of customer feedback using varied methods, for personal development and improvement of customer experience.
  • Accountability for managing customer relationships within a defined cohort, particularly in line with your subject matter expertise domain.
  • Responsible for the renewal of our customer accounts in partnership with the Account Director.

Who you’ll be

  • Experience in a training role, ideally in a field-based capacity, with an understanding of blended learning and the training cycle
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK & NI to deliver EMIS Group training and services on site with customers, as well as an ability to work remotely from home to deliver virtual training
  • Ability to work well with a diverse customer-base and different levels and departments inside the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, written, verbal and self-presentation
