The VAS team builds a portfolio of services that simplify carrier experience and increase their competitiveness. We are now looking for an intern to support our Value-Added Services team as a Customer Success Intern. You will ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers by timely solving their requests and proactively reaching out to them to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Your challenge will be:

  • Answer our customers requests via ticket system, email and phone
  • Work closely with our external suppliers to find the best solutions for our shared customers
  • Onboard new customers and enable them to use our product
  • Onboard customers on new product features
  • Work closely with Account Executives to deliver an extraordinary customer journey and seamless transition
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone to ensure smooth user experience
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and help implementing them

To get there you will need:

  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English are a must
  • Customer-first mindset paired with high motivational spirit
  • Be based in Berlin
  • Ability to actively listen to customers needs
  • Sales or Key Account Management experience in a performance-orientated environment is a plus as well as Customer success experience
  • Experience in Logistics is a plus
