As part of our very strong growth, we are looking for our Customer success intern to help and support the CSM in their missions.

Your missions:

  • Analyze customer data in order to give recommendations to optimize performance by increasing consent rate and decreasing bounce rate
  • Monitor customer analytics to detect possible anomalies and analyze their cause
  • Help the team prepare customer meetings and create tailored documentation to share with our customers
  • Create benchmarks based on the customers’ industry and market
  • Work with the Data team to obtain additional data points that are insightful for customers
  • Understand legal requirements in the privacy industry and review local legislations and in specific sectors
  • Help on maintaining the data Sanity in our CRM

Skills:

  • Enrolled in a Master degree
  • You must be fluent in English and French
  • You are resourceful and you enjoy working on several topics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are autonomous and proactive
  • Office suite knowledge
  • Any previous experience in SaaS, Tech and start-up companies is a plus

Recruitment process:

  • Case study
  • ITW with our Customer Success Director + 1 CSM (30 minutes)
