What You Will Do
- Establish a trusted adviser relationship with customer key stakeholders, aligning Red Hat’s activities to the customer’s business goals
- Assess key business challenges, develop high-level strategies for customer success, coordinate delivery, and influence stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Define and deliver a customer success and adoption strategy with your customers and advocate within Red Hat for them
- Lead, coordinate, influence, and focus organizational energy across Red Hat (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Products and Technologies, Customer Success, Support, etc.) and partner teams to deliver on the customer success strategy and to handle issues impacting the customer’s success
- Ensure customers achieve maximum value from their investment using a programmatic, measurable approach during each phase of the customer lifecycle
- Minimize subscriber churn through continuous engagement, value realization, education, coaching, and influence
- Work collaboratively with enterprise sales teams across a diverse account base on strategies for increasing adoption, account expansion or retention, and loyalty
- Recommend specific solutions to increase customers value which will improve customer sentiment, move them toward their goals, and increase Red Hat’s expansion revenue
What You Will Bring
- Substantial customer success experience, preferably within the enterprise software industry; account management experience is a plus
- Experience advocating for customers and ability to foster and cultivate relationships with strategic customers and partners
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English to lead onsite and virtual strategic business reviews highlighting aspects of customer success, with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership; Arabic skills are a big plus
- Experience leading large projects and managing solutions for complex business challenges and technical issues
- Experience coordinating across functions and leadership levels to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
- Solid understanding of the open source development model and open source software solutions like cloud computing, common enterprise software applications, and DevOps
- Good understanding of technical support and professional services processes and workflows
- Experience with Salesforce.com, and familiarity with other leading customer relationship management (CRM), customer success, case management, and analytics solutions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize your workload
- Proficiency articulating the business value associated with Red Hat or related products and solutions, with a demonstrated ability to guide these discussions with customers is a plus
