About The Role

Sundae is building its Customer Solutions team to engage with prospective home sellers. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, production, and creativity.

As a Marketplace Specialist, you are a customer’s first point of contact to evaluate their needs and assess whether or not Sundae is a good fit for their situation. If we are positioned to help, you’ll schedule an appointment for a local Market Expert to visit the seller and their property in person. Marketplace Specialists help propel Sundae forward with effective outbound phone and text outreach. Strong producers and leaders in this role have tremendous opportunity for growth into management or other teams within the organization as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Set appointments for our Market Expert (Field Agent) team to meet our customers and assess their property.
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls every day off company provided Lead list
  • Manage your sales pipeline through outbound call/text efforts (~80 dials + texts/day)
  • Collaborate closely with Market Experts and cross-functional teammates
  • Know how to interpret and speak to your performance using statistics, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline ranging from customers first initial contact to Appointment Held
  • Work directly with management to package learnings from customer interactions into actionable feature expansion and new product development

About You

  • Meticulous sales pipeline management and attention to detail
  • Have a competitive edge to be the best, while still being a good teammate
  • Ability to communicate complex topics in simple succinct terms
  • Impeccable organization, effective time management, and task prioritization
  • Data-driven (borderline obsessed)
  • Empathic, active listening
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales roles
  • Highly computer literate, mastery of Google Suite products
  • Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Professional experience or interest in real estate or financial services (preferred)
  • Real Estate license required within 60 days of hire (Sundae will cover costs)
  • Must be located within posted market area
