Job Description
We’re Sutherland and we’ve started getting ready for our 2023 hiring and are asking you to get ready too. If you’re looking for something new to do in the new year, consider joining us in roles supporting customers of our customers in any of a number of industries, including banking and financial services; insurance; communications, media and entertainment; healthcare; technology; retail and consumer packaged goods; and travel, transportation, hospitality and logistics. These Customer Service jobs will be based at our offices on Ouelette Avenue in Windsor, on the Transway 1A and 1C bus routes, and a short walk from the Transit Terminal (and the waterfront).

Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), accurate typing and active listening skills
- Problem solving skills
- Detail orientation, strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, multitask and make callers smile
- Some jobs will require comfort with technology and technical devices (i.e., mobile phones, internet, etc)
