Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Remote/Work from Home (your work from home location must be based in WA, OR, or ID only.)

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Excellent customer service
• Using computer systems to coordinate, record, track, and troubleshoot information
• Route Scheduling
• Customer Retention
• Payment Processing
• Great Communication
• Problem Solving

Required Qualifications For This Position Are

• High School diploma or GED
• Fluent in current communication styles, i.e., Apps, group text, email, etc.
• Fluent in computer skills including Google suite, email, and mac/pc knowledge
• Quiet, noise-free dedicated space that is free of distractions
• Prior Work from Home Experience Preferred
• Must live in WA, OR, or ID
