Hybrid role – working from home and our office in London

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

£23,366 – £25,766 per annum (depending on skills and experience) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Join us in our fantastic role of Customer Service Representative for our new build Persona homes, supporting us to deliver an outstanding first point of contact experience to our customers. You’ll ensure our customers receive an outstanding experience whether they are enquiring about purchasing a new home or reporting a defect after they have moved in, helping us to achieve 5-star HBF rating. You’ll be helping hundreds of people get onto and move up the property ladder. How brilliant is that!

Typical day as a Customer Service Representative (New Build)

  • You’ll ensure every contact with our customers, whether on the phone, email, SMS or live chat is maximised and no sales opportunity missed, delivering outstanding service at all times. You have a big role to play in ensuring our customers go away happy and recommend us to family and friends.
  • Handling inbound and outbound contact, effectively following up on customers enquiries and ensuring our CRM system is updated, meeting KPI’s.
  • Maintaining an expert knowledge of all our housing products and developments to guide customers.
  • Developing strong relationships with colleagues across our Development, Sales and Aftercare teams, working collaboratively to deliver a brilliant customer journey.
  • Driving a positive Persona brand through outstanding and consistent levels of service.

You bring

  • Previous customer service experience delivering outstanding service on the phone (we use Microsoft Teams) and face to face.
  • Previous experience of handling inbound and outbound communications via telephone, web and email.
  • Strong administration skills, with great communication and listening skills.
  • Able to build rapport to support customers and achieve targets.
  • Have an eye for detail, be a self-starter and get where our customers are in their lives.
  • If you have previous experience or a good knowledge of property or housing that would be icing on the cake.

You’ll join Anne our Sales Manager and work as part of our brilliant Sales and Customer Service team, who are super passionate about what they do and working together to delight our customers!

Job details

  • Hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday and also working on a rota basis to cover evenings and weekends.
  • This is a hybrid role, so you may be asked to spend up to two days in our office at Liverpool Street, London and the rest you’ll be working at home.
  • You must be able to use technology for updating records on our CRM System, communicating with customers, online learning and collaborating with colleagues.
