Customer Service Executive – Red Cross Training
Location: Bradbury House, 4 Ohio Ave, Salford M50 2GT
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (Hybrid ; home & 2 days per week in office, Tuesdays mandatory)
Salary: £20,346 per annum based on 35 hours per week

You could be part of the support service for our Red Cross Training team who have an enviable reputation for quality and excellence.
First aid courses have been delivered by our teams for over 30 years. After costs have been deducted, every penny made goes to support the admirable work of the British Red Cross.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Executive will involve:

You will help grow, maintain and manage customer relationships, to ensure that Red Cross Training remains a market leader. You will provide customers with a bespoke course booking support and account service, acting as the first point of contact in the Service Team.
You will build excellent customer relationships and look to maximise sales opportunities. You’ll promote our first aid courses and associated products to your customer base, with the overall aim of converting enquiries into bookings.
You will communicate with your customers via a range of channels but particularly by telephone and email.

To be a successful Customer Service Executive:

Do you have customer service experience and relish the opportunity to work towards achieving targets?
Do you have a positive personality and a ‘can do’ attitude and you’re always looking to find solutions?
Are you able to adapt work schedules, plans and resources to meet changing needs?
Are you excited by the chance to work alongside a passionate and diverse team, ensuring inclusive practice and promoting diversity?
Are you IT literate with a range of packages / programs?
