About the Role Our award winning Customer Service Centre processes a large range of customer queries regarding savings accounts. Our Customer Service Administrators deliver first class customer care to new and existing customers and truly are at the heart of our operation at Newcastle Strategic Solutions. In the role of Customer Service Administrator you’ll provide first-class administrative support to customers through various points of the account management lifecycle. You’ll work on a variety of admin tasks from responding to customers’ queries to processing new savings account applications. This means no two days are the same and you’re always working on meaningful tasks. Our ethos within the Customer Service Centre is putting our customers first and getting things right first time. Our full time colleagues work 35 hours per week, but we welcome part-time applications too! We are flexible when it comes to when you work, we’d love to talk through what might work for you. The operating hours of our Customer Service Centre are Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm. About You Our Customer Service Administrators are confident communicators, whether that is via email, secure message or letter, being clear and displaying great attention to detail is crucial.Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.
