THE ROLE: The role of Customer Relationship Manager is one of variety and opportunity. You will be responsible for working closely alongside customers on site, multiple times a week to affect the best possible outcomes for them. The company provides procurement and logistics support to the NHS and you will act as an extension of their procurement team in order to help fulfil the company’s service offering. You will be responsible for interpreting data and delivering outcomes from this data to the client. You will therefore need excellent data analysis and manipulation skills and be adept with data tracking software.

REQUIREMENTS for the Customer Relationship Manager

  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Intermediate user of data manipulation software e.g. Excel
  • Excellent account management / customer relationship skills
  • A real eye for details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a procurement team will also be considered

THE PACKAGE:

  • Salary: £37,000 – 40,000
  • Bonus: 10% of basic salary
  • Additional benefits: 27 days holidays, up to 12% pension, healthcare, company car, flexible benefits package
