This role is critical to meeting organizational and departmental goals, client financial agreements, and identifying trending issues in order to find resolution. This is a work from home position (Eastern US)

The primary function of the Customer Expense Process Team Reporting and Analysis Senior position is to provide, create, and update departmental reports, participate in projects, maintain existing reports, collaborate with internal partners, and maintain a caseload of scheduled reports.

This position requires expertise in all areas of reporting; using Cognos, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access, and Interactive Dashboards. Ability to communicate clearly and provide concise direction is critical. The senior will assist in managing the departmental processes; identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

  • Compile and summarize monthly departmental metrics to share with the organization
  • Design and develop standard, operational, and ad-hoc reports from start to finish
  • Maintain existing reports and applications using Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Ability to effectively partner with Operations, Account Management, Payroll Team, Danbury and Genpact Customer Expense Processing to elevate the process
  • Partner with IT teams to add/change data tables to meet reporting needs
  • Manage day to day caseload of reporting responsibilities, data requests, and special projects
  • Analyze current business process and look for means to improve efficiency
  • Ability to perform comprehensive research on inquiries and ability to respond timely to requestors
  • Ability to provide in depth analysis of processes, provide recommendations for improvements and communicate recommendations to Management
  • Fosters collaboration and works well in a team environment
  • May need to assist other teams in the department with tasks during high volume time periods and special projects

Qualifications/Selection Criteria

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3 years prior related business experience required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Access and Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational, problem solving and process management skills required
  • Demonstrate abilities to partner effectively with other teams
  • Demonstrate interpersonal and influencing skills required
  • Strong coaching skills on technical, process, and customer service preferred
  • Strong initiative/self-starter required
  • Ability to work independently or in a group required
  • Cognos development skills preferred
  • Experience with VBA and SQL preferred
  • Customer (internal and external) Service Focus

The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $28.71 to $35.11
