The newCustomer Engagement Centerprovides support to smart customers who have questions about the smart car itself or the service smart offers.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience, of both conversation and good service, in the contact these customers have with smart.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Istanbul/Umraniye location.

Working And Training Hours

• The Customer Engagement Center is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18.00.
• NO WEEKENDS!
• The training course lasts approximately 3 weeks. This training is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 17:15
