Trainerize powered by ABC (www.trainerize.com) is looking to add to our growing Custom Branded App team a Product Associate to assist with deploying new mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company making waves in the fitness industry. This is a remote position, but we have a beautiful Yaletown office as an optional working space.

At the very core:

As the Product Associate, Custom Branded Apps (CBA), you will work under the direction of the Product Manager, CBA to support our influx of custom branded apps, which is a white-label version of the Trainerize App, for our mid and enterprise level clients. We also offer basic branding for our Pro tier.

We are an operations focused team and are looking for an individual eager to assist with our process.The successful candidate will be well-organized, a strong communicator, have customer service experience, and is eager to contribute to the success of the team. Some responsibilities of the role include:

  • Participating in team meetings and occasional customer calls
  • Collaborate with our Product Specialist(s) by providing support when necessary
  • Ensuring customers’ Apple and Google accounts are up to date
  • Assist with responding to any rejections from the Apple and Google stores on apps
  • Identify opportunities and make suggestions to the Product Manager for improvements and better streamlining processes and procedures
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Product Manager and/or Director of Delivery

Who you are:

  • Have strong customer service experience and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology and systems savvy; comfortable working with different systems (web and mobile, iOS and Android)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and take charge of moving things forward without needing to be given direction on every detail
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised as well as be a team player working collaboratively across different departments
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organized to be able to effectively multitask

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experiencing working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and changing environment
  • Experience working in and comfortable with technology
  • Experience in customer service
  • Interest in or knowledge of project and/or product management
