Role And Responsibilities

• Provide support tointernal and external customers by solving escalated problems andproviding information to ensure the optimum machine performance criteriaare met in the field.
• Develops and implementssolutions to unusual and complex technical problems escalated from fieldservice or by customers
• Escalates problems toEquipment support per ASML procedure including complete and accurate dataand problem descriptions.
• Performs data analysisof systems to resolve problems and/or to improve system performance.
• Recommend and implementimprovements to the hardware and/or process parameters and/or associatedmethodologies/procedures pertaining to the repair/set-up of the ASMLtools.
• Communicate with GSC orDnE to get a containment or action plans to solve various machine problemsand communicate with field team and/or customer to execute prepared actionplans.
• Knowledge transfer tointernal/ external customer
• Contribute to systemperformance improvement and to satisfy customer’s production plan byoffering efficient technical support
• Analyze EUV CO2 lasersystem issues and improve CO2 system performance
• Technical leading forCO2 laser system with Optical path / Alignment / Power
• Provide solutions ofcomplex technical problem

Education And Experience

• More than 3 years of field service, semiconductor equipment, mechatronics, automatic control related experience
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, MS degree is preferred
• Applicants with less than 3 years of experience must hold MS degree in an Engineering discipline
• Experience should encompass working with and understanding issues in the lithographic semi-conductor manufacturing process
• Experience in theknowledge of Optics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer science andrelated disciplines or equivalent experience
