CRM Engagement Manager (m/f/d)

As a CRM Engagement Manager (m/f/d) you take full ownership of one of our strongest lead nurturing and customer retention tools. You put a strong growth hacking mindset to work, constantly improving all your campaigns – concept, analytics, strategy, nothing is safe from your optimization drive. To implement best practice campaigns you collaborate with other functions in Marketing, Sales, Product and Data. To understand the behaviors of different customer segments and gather insights that are actionable, you conduct analysis of results and develop A/B tests to continuously improve our overall campaign performance.

Your mission:

  • You are responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of marketing automation
  • You support the Sales Team to set up lead nurturing automations to increase the customer conversion rate through the sales funnel, decrease manual effort and safe valuable sales resources
  • You are responsible for smart customer segmentation, relevant customer touchpoint identification along the user journey and the creation of distribution lists
  • You are constantly improving email performance by developing informative dashboards, A/B tests and KPI sets for monitoring and performance improvement
  • Optional you can take over the creative, effective and personalized composition of email templates

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in the area of Customer Retention, ideally in a start-up environment as well as B2B area
  • You can impress us with a track record for strong email campaigns
  • Technical prowess for marketing automation technology (Hubspot, Salesloft) is a plus
  • You have excellent English language skills and German language skills is a plus
  • Sharp growth hacking skills and analytical skills define you
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: You love working with a diverse group of people
  • An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior would be an advantage
  • An additional plus is the familiarity with agile methodologies (SCRUM)

Your milestones:

  • Within your first 3 months at Laserhub, you have overhauled our automated email landscape and improvements show in our reporting
  • Within 6 months you have made marketing automation one of our most valuable tools for customer retention. Performance has improved drastically in that time
  • Within 12 months you have brought your recipe for success to our new markets and are running an international automation machine
