Our client is looking to hire weekend workers to join their team as Crew Schedulers! This position will offer a starting pay of $19/hour and will be perfect for someone with previous experience in manufacturing or crew scheduling! Shifts: Weekend Shifts, Flex Scheduling, 1st Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Duties

• – Produce accurate schedules to meet production requirements.
• – Maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreement.
• – Schedule employees for a wide variety of off work events and company functions.
• – Respond to production requirement changes quickly and accurately and coordinate crew scheduling requirements with Supervisors.
• – May prepare daily crew sheets and schedules for each department and/or work area.
• – Recall employees from layoff as required.
• – Enter employee attendance into appropriate databases.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Must be flexible regarding shift
• 2 years related work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Organizational, attention to detail, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP, Kronos & Schedule Soft

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
