Job Description

We are looking for friendly and helpful crew members to support our customers. 

As our newest member, you’ll help us feed as many hungry people as possible – growing customer loyalty through pleasant interactions and excellent service.

Objectives of this Role

• Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by cooking, serving, and occasionally delivering food in a timely, cordial manner
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition
• Communicate any issues or delays that arise and resolve problems efficiently
• Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by serving and treating customers with respect, driving safely, exercising good judgment 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with food preparation and cooking
• Serve customers that pickup from our location and be able to clearly articulate the vision behind what we do
• Occasionally pickup supplies and ingredients required for daily cooking operations
• Deliver orders within an optimal period of time, ensuring freshness of food and respecting customer preferences
• Safely operate a bicycle in all types of weather conditions

Skills and Qualifications

• Be open and inclusive

• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
• A lot of energy!

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cooking, delivery or customer service experience in any industry
• Proven track record of succeeding in a time-sensitive setting
• Familiarity with the local area, including streets, highways, and buildings
