Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your home base, the Global Sustainability and Climate Risk department within the Risk function and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity of permanent employment in one of our exciting roles beyond the Career Start Program.
Start date: September 1st or October 1st 2022
Duration: 12-18 months

We are looking for a highly motivated, can-do and standout colleague, keen to contribute to the team’s success.
You will be a good match if you have:
Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in environmental or natural science, international relations, economics, or business administration
Demonstrated experience in MS-Office, particularly with Excel and Power Point and data analysis skills
High level of integrity, attention to detail and creative problem solving.
A willingness to cooperate collaboratively and to work independently on your own initiative
Fluent in German and a good working knowledge of English is expected
A highly motivated, flexible can-do attitude and are a team player
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
