Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst role (AVP) in a high-profile Business Transformation & strategic Initiative area. The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain extensive experience of all aspects of Business Change. Working as part of a highly motivated and growing team of international PM / BA professionals.

Key Responsibilities
As Project manager Responsibility to manage projects including project delivery, time, cost, resources, quality, scope, risk, and communication
As Business Analyst Responsibility for topics like requirements analysis, data mining, oversight of the IT delivery, development, and implementation of business solutions
Preparing Project plans and driving project execution including preparation & distribution of Project Status Reports. Partnering with platform/risk/process/control owners, development teams, product owner and subject matter experts to drive project implementation.
Analyse and assess impact, work out gaps to the current state and define potential solutions. Perform deep dive analysis to resolve issues that come up during the implementation and testing phases
Lead and conduct regular project review/progress meetings & communicating project status to stakeholders & senior management.
Tracking project execution including risk identification & mitigation as well as for conducting overall project assessments.
Build and maintain sustainable stakeholder relationships with senior management, international locations, divisional COO departments, platform owners and IT.
Identifying and managing risk to ensure proper mitigation measure are executed & project objectives are met.
Prepare high-quality management presentations and client meeting materials that have a coherent structure, follow a clear storyline, and show strong analytical rigor and thought
Your skills and experience

Required Skills / Experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a good understanding of financial software systems and processes
Proven Track record in management of project delivery including timelines and resources management, maintenance of project plans and communicating project status reports to senior business partners.
You possess good experience in Business Analysis
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills with the ability to interact at senior levels using both written and verbal communication
Excellent stakeholder management skills and Strong collaboration skills with partners from IT and Business
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Excellent team-player with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Able to clearly communicate, agree on, execute, track and monitor goals and targets, set up with multiple stakeholders on various managerial levels across the bank
Well-structured working style, reliable and dedicated, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies
Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working in agile environment
Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint
Excellent spoken and written English

Desired
University Degree (in Business Administration or relevant field)
Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
Cultural sensitivity in order to work in a global environment
German is a plus
Previous exposure to regulatory or non-financial/ reputational risk topics
Good understanding of financial products
