We are looking for Credit Management & Treasury , Team Lead to join our team.
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury takes responsibility for daily cash balances of the company, ensuring that the cash flow is adequate to enable the operations. They forecast cash collection and payments and anticipate challenges arising from limited cash flow and apply their financial and treasury knowledge to provide advice on financial and cash flow matters impacting country.
Foreign Exchange
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury ensure the compliance with corporate policies and procedures in currency hedging. They are responsible for the management of defined hedging processes in country. The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury ensures the management of exchange control and compliance processes for their area of responsibility and they record and maintain exchange control submissions and approvals
Ensure availability of banking and treasury systems
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury ensures the availability of banking and treasury systems and the effective administration of these systems.
Credit management – Develop policies and procedures
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury is responsible for the development of policies and procedures for credit application processes and the maintenance of credit for client accounts at a business unit level. They ensure the evaluation of the credit processing and approval processes and contribute to the incorporation of changes to ensure the financial stability of NTT. They re-evaluate and improve on credit processes such as invoicing, follow up and query management.
Account receivables
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury ensures that overdue accounts are collected and ensures the clients are appropriately advised regarding their payment terms. They ensure that overdue accounts are appropriately managed and if required may instigate legal proceedings, preparing the necessary documentation for legal action. They deal with disrupted accounts and negotiate with clients ensuring the re-negotiation of payment plans as and when required. These individuals implement account reconciliation to client statements. They ensure cash flow by ensuring efficient collections and performing credit analysis, including the analysis of the relevant reports and financial statements to maximize profits.
Master data management
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury is responsible for the adequacy and completeness of customer master data in the system. They ensure the review and approval of such master data is conducted thoroughly in compliance with corporate policies and control requirements.
Manage risks
The Team Lead – Credit Management & Treasury manage the execution of risk management activities to ensure the financial well-being of the organization and analyze the impact of financial markets on the performance of products and services.
