What will you be doing?
The Prep Cook is responsible for food preparation and various food preparation, cooking and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient recipe execution. The Prep Cook role works in the back of the house executing the preparation of salsa/condiments/ sides, etc., and all other food preparation duties.

What we are looking for:Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.
Able to follow directions and receive constructive feedback from leadership.
Chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats.
Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
Keep daily inventory of the product and follow a FIFO workflow.
Assist Line Cooks if needed with Line setup and basic kitchen responsibilities.
Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Someone that loves to help and serve others (both guests and team members)

Requirements:You must be at least 18 years old to work with us in this role.
You need to be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
You must be authorized to work in the United States
You must be able to stand for extended periods and push/pull/lift 20+ pounds.
Must have or be able to take a food safety class, for responsible food handling practices.
