Our Country People Leads handle the People Strategy and plan localization in partnership with Business and Geo Leaders, focusing on the development, diversity, and engagement of Softservians. They develop integrated solutions and act as a liaison and coordinators with People Functions by communicating Business and Geo needs proactively and ensuring People Functions’ efforts are aligned to support the People Strategy.

YOU ARE

Senior professional with an advanced level of English and 5+ years of experience with

  • Multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and labor law
  • Monitoring the local labor market trends, especially in IT, regularly
  • Working with various data sources and systems, and report generation
  • Project management and supporting projects in different areas
  • Background in a similar position 5+ years

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • People strategy and adjusting it to respond to the changing business needs in Bulgaria by providing proposals to the Global People Leadership
  • Operational excellence, to monitor the implementation of policies for retention, engagement increase, total rewards, performance management, and employee relations as per business needs and strategy
  • Coordination of People functions in the country (HRBP, L&D, TR, HR Marketing, CSR & Corporate reputation, Employer Brand Managers, Talent acceleration center, IT Academy, Learning partners)
  • Compensations and Benefits local strategy (market overview, internal & external fairness)
  • Change management, identifying improvement opportunities and resolving discrepancies; leading and managing changes in people-related strategy; promoting buy-in among organizational stakeholders when implementing change initiatives, etc.
  • Diversity strategy, to drive DEI and well-being programs on a country level
  • Global initiatives and programs as you will actively take part in many of them

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Guide the overall delivery of People services, policies, and programs for the Country, ensuring excellent employee and leader experience
  • Own the partnership between Business Leaders, Country Leadership, and the Global People function to develop integrated solutions and deliver value-added services to the management and the employees that reflect the organization’s business objectives in Romania
  • Ensure business growth enablement (both organically and inorganically)
  • Localize People Strategy and Plans in partnership with Business and Country Leaders with a focus on the development, diversity, and engagement of Softservians
