Counsellor Educator (Female) مستشار مرشد (انثى)

Main purpose of the job:الغرض الاساسي للوظيفة:                                                                                         

Perform basic counselling and/or educational sessions to patients, following different medical and mental health MSF protocols and procedures, in order to improve their psychosocial condition.

تأدية الاستشارة الاساسية والجلسات الارشادية للمرضى متبعا برتوكولات واجراءات الطبية والعقلية المختلفة لأطباء بلا حدود ، من اجل تحسين الوضع النفسي .

Accountabilities: المسؤوليات:                                                                                                                   

• Identify the psychosocial, socio-economic and administrative needs for patients
• تحديد الحاجة النفسية والادارية والاجتماعية الاقتصاد الاجتماعي لمرضى
• Actively promote the availability of counselling services and carry out, individual or in group counselling, basic psycho educational sessions, to patients, their families (when needed), in order to alleviate their psychosocial difficulties within the project scope.
• التوعية والدعاية بشكل نشط عن توفر خدمات نفسية وتنفيذها. لشخص منفرد او الاستشارة بشكل مجاميع ، تأدية الجلسات الاساسية والتدريب النفسي للمرضى وعوائلهم من اجل تخفيف الصعوبات النفسية من ضمن نطاق المشروع
• Refer patients to other specialists or other institutions for further assistance, when necessary in order to propose the best support available.
• احالة المرضى الى اخصائيون اخرين او الى مؤسسات من اجل مساعدة اضافية عند الضرورة من اجل طلب افضل دعم ممكن .
• Participate in the creation of any material needed for counselling activities and look after it.
• المشاركة في خلق او صنع أي مادة قد يتم احتياجها من اجل النشاطات الاستشارية والعناية بها
• Keep files and statistics of daily activities and participate in team meetings to share experiences and discuss special cases with other counsellors, preserving confidentiality.
• الاحتفاظ بالملفات والاحصائيات للنشاطات اليومية والمشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق من اجل مشاركة الخبرة ومناقشة حالات خاصة مع مستشارين اخرين مع المحافظة على السرية
• Inform line manager of any problem of any kind arising during the day-to-day activities.
• ابلاغ المسؤول المباشر لأي مشكلة تظهر النشاطات التي يتم تأديتها بشكل يومي
• Take active part in trainings, supervisions and support the activities manager when necessary in doing sensitization for MSF staff or external partners about mental health /psychosocial issues.
• المشاركة بشكل نشط في التدريبات والاشراف ودعم مدير النشاطات عند الضرورة في القيام بتوعية كادر اطباء بلا حدود او الشركاء الخارجيين،  عن الصحة  العقلية والمشاكل النفسية
• Discuss difficulties and problems in counselling with supervisor

مناقشة الصعوبات والمشاكل مع مشرفك فيما يخص تقديم الاستشارة

Specific requirements for the role: المتطلبات المحددة للدور هي:                                                                                 

• Education: Essential counselling, social work, psychology or other similar degree/diploma
• التعليم: مطلوب شهادة او دبلوم في الاستشارة ، العمل الاجتماعي ، علم النفس أو درجة / دبلومة أخرى مماثلة

• Experience: Essential 1 year experience in similar position
• ألخبرة: مطلوب خبرة سنة على الاقل في منصب مشابه
• Preferable previous experience with MSF or other International NGO.
• يفضل خبرة مع اطباء بلا حدود او أي منظمة عالمية غير حكومية اخرى
• Preferable previous experience in mental health support for women and children

• خبرة سابقة في دعم النفسي للنساء للأطفال يفضل
• Languages: Essential Arabic, English desirable
• اللغات: مطلوب الطلاقة في اللغة العربية و يفضل معرفة اللغة الانكليزية
• Essential skills:     المهارات الاساسيه                                                                                                                         
• Strong communication skills (attentive listening, open attitude)
• مهارات تواصل قوية ان تكون مصغ بانتباه واداء مفتوح
• Proactivity and quality oriented
• الاستباقية والجودة الموجهة
• Capacity to work in multidisciplinary team, flexible and creative
• القدرة على العمل في فريق متعدد كان يكون طبي او لوجستي او اداري، المرونة وان تكون مبدع
• Good stress management
• أدارة الضغط بشكل جيد
• Commitment to MSF principles and professional ethics
• الالتزام بمبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وأخلاقيات المهنة
