What You Will Be Doing
- You will Establish and administer sound food and beverage cost control systems and procedures consistent with high standards of quality and service.
- Form analysis and prepare reports to keep all levels of management informed of day-to-day food and beverage costs, problems, and opportunities and to provide necessary information for accounting entries.
Your Experience And Skills Include
- 2 Years experience in a Cost Control role in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Good Command of English Language.
- Presentation skills and public speaking.
- Ability to work in semi-remote areas
